王怀民：

    本姓王，名怀民，字九龙，1952年生人属龙。吉林市人，现为吉林市工艺美术协会理事，吉林省工艺美术协会会员。
    自小生活在艺术氛围的家庭中，并受祖父辈的熏陶，潜移默化的接受了书画艺术的洗礼。因属龙，故热爱中华的“龙”文化，常以书龙，画龙，雕龙，塑龙，咏龙，研究龙为乐。---是有继承，发展，创新的艺术精神。近些年独爱皮艺（皮雕，皮塑，皮具和皮画等）与创意书法。
    皮雕塑作品《美猴王》获“第十三届世界华人艺术大会”（13TH WORLD CORFER CHINESE ART ENCO ON）国际金奖，入编《世界华人艺术大奖作品集》,并享有“世界杰出华人艺术家”称号；书法作品分别入选“纪念辛亥革命100周年当代海内外著名书画家名人作品展”；获“全国书画艺术大展”老年书法类二等奖；“第八届菲，中，日国际书画大赛”中年组优秀奖等十多余奖项。
    王怀民创作的太极龙系列，中西合璧音乐龙系列和“缘”字系列书法作品均获得版权局作品登记证书。
    其作品在吉林市博物馆特展中心展示，并被各界人士收藏。

Mr. Huaimin Wang:

Mr. Huaimin Wang, courtesy name Jiulong(literally means “nine dragons”), was born in Jilin. And currently he’s director of the Arts and Crafts Association in the city Jilin and member of the Arts and Crafts Association in the province Jilin.

Huaimin Wang has grown up in an artistic family, and was influenced and trained by his grandfather’s generation in Chinese painting and calligraphy. Since he was born in the year of dragon, he loves Chinese “dragon” culture, and delights in calligraphing, painting, engraving, sculpting and studying of dragon. --- has an artistic spirit of Inheritance, development and innovation. In recent years especially loves leather art(Leather Carving, making leather cases and leather painting etc.) and the creative calligraphy.

The leather carving work “Monkey King” has won the Gold Award in “the 13TH WORLD CORFERENCE of CHINESE ART”, and has been included in "the World Chinese Art Awards Portfolio”. And Huaimin Wang has also earned the title of the "World's Outstanding Chinese Artist". His calligraphy works were selected to be showed in the Exhibition of Domestic and Overseas Contemporary calligraphys and paintings for the 100th Anniversary of Xinhai-Revolution; and won more than 10 Awards in different Exhibitions and Competitions, such as the 2rd Award of the “Calligraphy older age-group” in the “National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition”; and the Award of Excellence of the middle-aged group in the “8th International Calligraphy Competition of Philippines, China and Japan”.

Huaiming Wang’s calligraphy works: “Taiji Dragon” Series, “musical dragon” Series of Chinese and western styles and “Yuan” Series have registered in the national Copyright Administration of the P. R. China.His Works have been showed in Special Exhibition Center in Jilin Musuem, and collected by people from all circles.
